If you have your own NFSMW Saved Game profile then you can also use of it and If you do not have it, so do not worry because I have just posted the NFSMW Saved Game Profile.
Follow me:-
Step 1: Copy the profile. [You can also download NFSMW
Saved Game profile by going to my just posted post - Click here to go]
Step 2: Go to Documents.
Step 3: Open 'NFS Most Wanted' Folder.
Step 4: Paste the profile now in the location.
Step 5: Run the Game
Your profile is now loaded succesfully.

Note1: If there are 2 or more profiles in Documents/NFS
Most Wanted then, you need to select your proper saved profile when you run the game.
