Short Review:

 VPNBOOK is a PPTP and OpenVPN Based VPN. VPNBOOK's Free VPN (Virtual Private Network) server is designed with the latest technology and most advanced cryptographic techniques to keep their users safe from prying eyes and hackers on the internet. VPNBOOK's VPN can securely route all your internet traffic through an encrypted tunnel to bypass government censorship, defeat corporate surveillance and monitoring by your ISP. VPNBOOK strives to keep the internet a safe and free place for its users by providing free and secure PPTP and OpenVPN service access for everyone. About an month ago, VPNBOOK had only two servers of Romania but, currently it have 4 VPN servers which includes UK, USA and 2 Romania VPN servers. It is widely using by many users from different-different countries at free of cost. It have two types of VPN - PPTP & OpenVPN. Since, it is providing wide variety of OpenVPN ports. It can be used as UDP25, UDP25000, TCP80 and TCP443 VPN.

 We have pre-configured OpenVPN Setup Files for Windows. You just need to download VPNBOOK's  OpenVPN pre-configured setup from below Direct Download Link. This setup file contains all the 4 servers(UK and USA configuration with UDP-25, UDP-25000, TCP-80 and TCP-443 VPN ports. VPNBOOK said that its UK and US PPTP and OpenVPN services are optimized for fast web surfing, no p2p downloading.

    I`m using PureVPN to watch some BBC shows from the US. The UK server is the fastest I tried, streaming video on BBC iPlayer works great with it.

      Thanks, I know that PureVPN is rich in its features such as all protocols availability, 300+ VPN Servers, 22000+ IP addresses. But, In case of watching BBC shows from the US, VPNBOOK is better than any paid service because it is absolutely free with pptp and openVPN support.

    There are too many Providers that offers dedicated Free UK VPN services but i recommend NordVPN and PureVPN.
