Step 1: Open Start Menu
Step 2: Type "gpedit.msc" in the 'Search' dialog box.
Step 3: Press Enter
A new windows opens.
Step 4: Go to 'Administrative Templates' under 'User Configuration'.
Step 5: Go to Control Panel
Step 6: Go to Programs.

Step 7: Double Click on "Hide 'Programs and Features' page".

Step 8: Select Enable and Click Ok.
Now, you have success in hiding "Programs and Features"
