Here is the trick :-
Step 1: First of all download Windows 7 logon background changer from here - Click to download
Step 2: Choose your folder containing new Login Screen Background by clicking Choose button.
After choosing folder. Your new log-on screens are now appear just like mine.
Step 3: Select any picture as your choice.
Step 4: Click Apply.
Your Log-on background is now changed.
